Request to Receive a Registration List By Email

The registration list can only be sent by email to one of 2 persons listed on file in the Rotary International database:

• The 2024-25 District Governor
• The District Calgary Promotion Chair

The email address you enter below must match the email address on file for one of these positions for the requested district.

Note that the registration list will only contain the names of the registrants who authorized the release of their name and contact information when they registered.

The lists are updated roughly every 2 weeks. The current list is as of 10-Jan-25.

Note 1: Calgary Promotion Team members can also request the lists for any of the districts they are in charge of.

Note 2: These Convention Registration Lists are only meant to help provide distribution lists to promote district and zone events. These Convention Registration Lists are not a way to verify who is registered or not. People who selected the privacy option when they registered are not on these lists, and there can be some guests and Rotaractors who could not be linked to a specific district even though they are registered. If people want to verify their registration the best way is for them is to go to their "My Account" pages. If they want to change their privacy option they can send a request to ri.registration@rotary.org. Any other question or request about registration should be directed to ri.registration@rotary.org. On the Convention Promotion website we are only sending out registration reports, we cannot make changes to any data.
